Moto Hydration Tune-Up
The Moto Hydration Tune-Up is a sport-specific application designed to help moto athletes determine their daily and activity based hydration needs. This tool will provide individualized hydration protocols based on athlete weight, urine, and ride inputs.
A rider’s sweat rate should be calculated in various climates representative of their training and competition settings. Repeat these steps for different sessions that are representative of intense training or competition.
- Complete all relevant fields below as accurately as possible.
- Weigh in as close to your ride as possible, wearing minimum clothing/gear (i.e., compression gear only).
- Track everything consumed until weigh out, wearing the same amount of clothing/gear.
